Heavydigger’s total liability shall not exceed the purchase price paid for the product. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be excluded by law.

    Risk of loss passes per the terms shown at checkout and/or your order confirmation. Once shipped, carrier tracking governs in-transit status and delivery updates.
